Order processing

Standard orders are usually prepared within 2–3 business days. Custom, personalised, made-to-order, or limited-edition pieces may require additional time; the expected timeline will be shared before dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Delivery within India generally takes 5–7 working days after dispatch. Remote locations, public holidays, weather, courier disruptions, and high-volume periods may add time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Tracking and address accuracy

Where tracking is available, details will be shared using the contact information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if a parcel arrives visibly damaged, an item is missing, or you receive the wrong product. Include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, label, and product so we can assist quickly.

International and bulk orders

International, corporate, and bulk-order delivery is arranged individually. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and timelines will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
