Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, brushwork, and placement are part of their individual character and are not defects.

Return eligibility

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an unused item in its original condition and packaging needs to be returned. Returns require prior approval. Customised, personalised, made-to-order, final-sale, and hygiene-sensitive items cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, refund, or other resolution at no additional product cost.

Return shipping

For an approved change-of-mind return, return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, RanggBihar will provide return instructions and bear reasonable return-shipping costs.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. A standard order may be cancelled before dispatch. Custom or made-to-order work cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
